Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solia purchase. In accordance with the
South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we have established a clear return framework,
keeping in mind the strict hygiene standards required for beauty and cosmetic products.

Hygiene & Condition Requirements
Due to the personal nature of beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products, we can only accept
returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. We
cannot accept returns on items where the protective seal has been broken or tampered with,
unless the product is deemed defective.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, please contact our
support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the
damage. Defective items will be evaluated and, if approved, replaced or fully refunded at no
additional shipping cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
